This past weekend I had the chance to visit the brand new Eggstatic location in Montreal with my mother in law and my three youngest kids. It was their grand opening at 100 Peel Street, and I was invited to check out the space and try some of their menu items. It turned out to be such a lovely outing for all of us.

Eggstatic is bright, modern, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The kids were excited right away because the space has this cheerful energy that makes you want to sit down and enjoy a good meal. I always appreciate restaurants that feel family friendly without losing that cozy brunch vibe, and Eggstatic really has that balance.

We tried a mix of dishes and every single plate was delicious. Fluffy eggs, perfectly cooked sides, and generous portions that kept everyone happy. My mother in law loved her meal, and the younger ones wasted no time digging into their plates. Anytime I can take the kids somewhere and have them finish their food with zero complaints, it becomes an instant favorite.

I also had a chance to look around the restaurant between bites. The decor is simple in the best way. Clean lines, warm colors, and lots of light. It is the kind of spot where you can enjoy a relaxed family breakfast or meet up with friends for a comforting brunch.

We had such a pleasant experience, and I am already thinking about going back to explore more of the menu. Good food, great service, and a fun outing with my little crew. That is a perfect weekend win in my books.
